Why Holistic Nutrition?
Getting standard health care can seem more like “sick care” -designed for when something goes wrong. And when it does, medications and surgery are commonly recommended. They have their place - especially in urgent situations. But I wanted to learn more than just being "not sick."
I wanted to answer the question: “How can I build the best health possible for myself and others?” This is where my journey of holistic nutrition really shines!
The more I study food, herbs, and lifestyle, the more I see improvements in myself and countless successes of others. Having a science background, I also like the solid research that supports this success.

It’s all too easy to set ourselves up with the “wrong” conditions like fast foods, stressful lifestyles and toxic exposures. Unfortunately, this can lead to disease. And it seems like we almost expect to feel worse as we age. But WE DON'T HAVE TO :) There is a better way, we CAN build better health and feel better! I’m grateful for the excellent teachers who have taught me how.
We can either move toward disease processes or toward health. Optimal health is based on food choices, and much more. It encompasses the mind, body and emotion. It sets the body up to build vibrant heath from the cellular level up – that’s where “holistic” comes in.
It has been my passion to study herbs and nutrition. I love making delicious healthy foods and vibrant herbal medicines. I am committed to sharing the path toward optimal health with others who want to feel better, and become the best version of themselves possible! We are all on a trajectory. I want to help you choose your best one!
